When Clint Eastwood turned 18 and left home, he told his dad: “You’re the man of the house now”
He's a legend.
My legend.
Probably my favourite movie actor and director ever.
Truly a myth.
As years go by . . .
yesterday * today * forever
The only star on the American scene who had the balls to openly take sides for the Republican party.
He is doubly a myth.
if i'm not wrong Arnold Schwarzenegger did the same.
Gosh, Sinatra singing in an Eastwood's movie, for sure one of my favourite endings to a film!
space cowboys (2000)
With Tommy Lee Jones, Donal Sutherland, James Garner, James Cromwell.
Clint Eastwood is one of cinema's acting and directing titans,
and he's played some of the coolest characters over his astonishing long career.
Another one of the greatest endings to a film I’ve ever seen… the dialogue, lighting, characters, pacing… it’s all perfect. William Munny out of Missouri. You wait the whole movie for this moment. Masterpiece.
unforgiven (1992)
The film won four Academy Awards: Best Picture and Best Director for Clint Eastwood, Best Supporting Actor for Gene Hackman, and Best Film Editing for editor Joel Cox.
The Unforgiven got Clint the Oscar he deserves. This scene always gives me chills up my spine! Gene Hackman, Morgan Freeman…what a great cast…in my top 10 films of all time.
The early days…RAWHIDE (1959-1965) was an American Western TV series starring Eric Fleming and Clint Eastwood
